Try it at home. Return any bag within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. It needs to come back unworn, with the security tag attached and all extras included. Return shipping is on you.
If we got something wrong, such as undisclosed damage, measurements that don't match, or missing items, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We cover return shipping and refund you in full.
Authenticity guaranteed. If a recognized authentication service finds a bag is not authentic, send us their written assessment within 30 days of delivery and return the bag with its tag intact. We'll refund everything, including shipping both ways.
