The short version 

We find beautiful vintage designer bags and bring them to you, authenticated, honestly described, and priced fairly.

The longer version

Most of our bags are sourced from Japan. Japan has one of the most disciplined secondhand luxury markets in the world. Bags are graded rigorously, dealers are professionalized, and pieces are cared for in a way that means a twenty-year-old bag from Tokyo often looks better than a five-year-old one from anywhere else.

So we go looking. Every bag here was individually chosen, individually inspected, and individually photographed. We buy one at a time, so when a bag sells, that's the last of that one — the next Baguette we find will have its own color, its own wear, its own story.

How we describe things

Honestly, and in more detail than you probably want. Every listing includes full measurements, materials, hardware, what's included, and a specific account of wear — corner rubbing, interior marks, hardware scratches, all of it, photographed. We would rather lose a sale to a disclosed flaw than win one and have you open the box disappointed.

Why the stripes

Because a bag arriving in the post should feel like a treat. We named it CandyShopBags for a reason.
