Where we ship

We primarily ship to the US. If you are outside the US, contact us and we would be happy to look into whether it is possible for us to ship to you. 

How long it takes

Bags typically ship within 2 business days of your order. We don't dropship and we don't wait on a supplier — every bag is already here, photographed, in hand.

How it's sent

We provide flat rate shipping for $20. Every bag ships USPS Priority Mail, signature required, fully insured for its purchase price, with tracking sent to you as soon as it's on its way. Orders require a signature on delivery — not to inconvenience you, but because an unattended $2,000 handbag on a doorstep is a risk neither of us wants.

How it's packed

Each bag is stuffed to hold its shape, wrapped, and sent in a protective dust bag inside a rigid box. Vintage bags have usually survived twenty years already; we're not going to be the ones who crease them.

If something goes wrong in transit

Everything is insured. If a bag arrives damaged, photograph the box and the bag before unpacking further and message us. We'll handle the claim — that's our job, not yours.
