Every bag has proof of authenticity. Here's exactly how.

Buying pre-owned designer means trusting whoever is selling it. So rather than ask you to take our word for it, here is our whole process.

Where our bags come from

We source primarily from Japan's secondhand luxury market, buying from established professional dealers rather than private individuals. When sourcing from Japan, we prioritize dealers who are members of the Association Against Counterfeit Product Distribution (AACD) — a Japanese industry association whose members commit to not handling counterfeit goods and to taking items back if authenticity is ever in question.

That matters more than it sounds. It means a bag has usually already passed through professional hands, been inspected, and been graded before we ever bid on it. We are not the first set of eyes on it. We are the last.

What we do before a bag is listed

Every bag is inspected in hand when it reaches us: hardware, stitching, hallmarks, date codes, lining, and construction. We photograph everything, including the flaws.

Every bag has documented proof of authenticity before it is listed. Anything without existing proof of authentication goes out for third-party authentication (such as LegitGrails or Entrupy) before it is listed. Some bags arrive with a transferable authentication guarantee from a recognized reseller earlier in their chain. No exceptions, no price threshold — if a bag can't clear authentication, we don't list it.

What we don't claim

We are not a certifying authority, and we don't pretend to be. We are careful buyers with a professional supply chain and independent verification behind us. That combination is what we're offering — not a personal opinion.

Our guarantee

If any bag you buy from us is determined to be counterfeit by a recognized authentication service, we will refund you in full, including all shipping in both directions. Send us the report and we will make it right.

We would rather take a loss than sell you a fake.
